Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) Reform Programme
The project was to translate business requirements (both functional and non-functional) into a solution, ensuring compliance with the organisation's strategy, policies and standards. We designed the AWS infrastructure in line with NCSC UK's Cloud Security Principles.
Benefit Achieved:
· Achieved savings over £ 1 M in Capex budget
· Over £ 170 K savings in Opex
· Made DVLA’s Infrastructure more secure and resilient.
